Northwest Soccer Officials

South King County Soccer Referee Association was rebranding to Northwest Soccer Officials (NSO) and gave me a call to let me know they needed a logo for their new identity. We wanted to modernize their look and reflect the adjusted region that the organization serviced while recognizing their history within the state's soccer environment.

With inspiration drawn from the geography and nature of the Pacific Northwest, we built a brand and a mark that is tied to the region the organization serves. We took elements from their previous logo and researched the badge-style marks of many soccer clubs, seeking to develop what we described as a "modern retrospective" crest.

The final visual identity features a punchy, versatile color palette and clean typography. Paired with dynamic and professional visuals, NSO has a brand that can represent the organization as they continue to grow.
